The in-home diagnostic for household appliances is $75, and it's credited toward the repair when you approve it.

Most household repairs cost $150–$650 in total. Sealed-system refrigerator work such as a compressor replacement runs about $700–$1,800. Each service page lists typical prices for the most common repairs.

Always. The technician gives you the exact price for parts and labor, and no work starts until you approve it.

Yes. Every repair includes a 90-day labor warranty and up to a 1-year parts warranty. If the same problem comes back within the warranty period, we come back.

A commercial service call is $100. Only for emergencies, or when every technician is booked and you can't wait, an emergency call puts a technician on site within two hours for $300. Commercial repairs are quoted in writing before work starts.

We tell you honestly. If the repair costs more than the appliance is worth, you only pay the diagnostic.
