Red Rock Appliance Services LLC (“Red Rock,” “we,” “us” or “our”) operates redrockfix.com and provides residential and commercial appliance repair in Las Vegas, Henderson and Boulder City, Nevada. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use our website, call or text us, or book a service, how we use and share it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you fill out a form on this website (“Ask a Question,” the contact form or the newsletter form), we collect what you enter: your name, email address, phone number, ZIP code and your message. We also record the page you sent the form from and the time it was sent.

When you book online, call, text or email us, or when we perform a repair, we may also collect your service address, appliance brand, model and serial number, photos you send, appointment details, invoices and payment records.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested and the time of the request). With your browser’s permission, Google Analytics collects information about how you use the site, such as pages viewed, approximate location (city level), device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site.

Payment information. Card payments are handled by our payment and scheduling providers. We do not store full card numbers on this website.

2. How we use your information

To answer your questions, schedule appointments and perform the repair you request
To check that your address is in our service area (Las Vegas, Henderson and Boulder City)
To send appointment confirmations, reminders, estimates, invoices and warranty information
To keep service records so we can honor our labor and parts warranty
To understand how visitors use the website and improve it
To send occasional offers or tips if you subscribe to our newsletter (you can unsubscribe at any time)
To prevent spam and fraud and to comply with the law

3. Calls, text messages and email

By submitting a form or giving us your phone number or email address, you agree that we may contact you about your request and your service by phone call, text message or email. These are service messages, not advertising. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving texts, or tell us at any time that you don’t want to be contacted. Your consent is not a condition of buying any service.

We do not share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing.

4. Cookies, analytics and tracking

This website uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies:

Google Analytics (Google LLC) sets cookies to measure site traffic. Google may collect information about your online activity over time and across websites. You can decline analytics in our cookie banner, use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or read how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Google Maps is embedded on our city and contact pages and may set its own cookies when the map loads.
Housecall Pro powers our “Book now” online booking window and may set cookies needed for booking.
Our own cookie (rgpd) only remembers whether you accepted or declined the cookie banner.

Your browser lets you block or delete cookies; the site will still work, although some embedded tools may not. Our website does not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals, because there is no common standard for them; you can use the choices above instead.

We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the business, and only as needed for them to do that work:

Website hosting (Hostinger) — stores the website and the copies of form submissions
Email and messaging (Google Workspace / Gmail and Telegram) — deliver form submissions to our team
Scheduling and payments (Housecall Pro and its payment processors) — bookings, invoices and payments
Analytics and maps (Google) — website statistics and maps
Parts suppliers and manufacturers — your appliance model and serial number when we order parts or process a warranty claim

We may also disclose information when required by law, to respond to a court order or lawful request, or to protect our rights, our customers or the public. If the business is sold or merged, customer records may transfer to the new owner under this policy.

We do not sell your personal information.

6. Your choices and Nevada privacy rights

Review and correct your information. You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it (except records we must keep for warranty, tax or legal reasons). Contact us using the details below.

Nevada opt-out of sale. Under Nevada law (NRS 603A), Nevada residents may tell a website operator not to sell their covered information. We do not sell covered information, but you can still submit a request by emailing redrockfix725@gmail.com with the subject “Nevada opt-out”. We will confirm and respond within 60 days.

Marketing. You can unsubscribe from our newsletter with the link in any email, and reply STOP to texts.

If you live outside Nevada, you may have additional rights under the law of your state; contact us and we will help.

7. How long we keep information

We keep form submissions and service records for as long as needed to provide the service, honor our warranty and meet tax and legal record-keeping requirements, and then delete them or keep them in a form that no longer identifies you. Google Analytics data is kept according to the retention setting in our Google Analytics account.

8. How we protect information

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards: the website runs over encrypted HTTPS, form submissions are stored outside the public web folder, and access to customer records is limited to our team. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security. If a security breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by Nevada law (NRS 603A.220).

9. Children’s privacy

This website is intended for adults arranging appliance repair. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Links to other websites

Our website links to other sites and tools, such as Google, Yelp, Thumbtack and Housecall Pro. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we encourage you to read them.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our services, tools or the law change. We will post the new version on this page and update the effective date at the top. If a change materially affects how we use information we already have, we will tell you by email or with a notice on the website before it takes effect.
